Si pone l'obiettivo di formare ed aiutare con mezzi economici e tecnici, giovani piloti da portare alla massima formula.
La responsabilit di tale progetto fino al 2000/'01 di David Brown (F.3000) e Keke Rosberg (Karting) poi passa direttamente nelle mani di Ron Dennis e Martin Whitmarsh. Dal 2023 al 2024 la responsabilit passa ad Emanuele Pirro.
